What this bottle is
This is the dome-cap ladder of the SEALAND platform: a clear glass perfume spray bottle supplied bare and ready for your filling line, in a smooth rounded-corner rectangle with polished flat panels, topped by a wide-brimmed dome cap — a silhouette borrowed from the classic apothecary flacon. Two in-stock sizes share the design: 50 ml on the XB2001 mould and 100 ml on the XB2002 mould.
The dome cap comes in three electroplated finishes — bright gold, bright silver and bright black — so the two-size ladder multiplies into six stock combinations from just two moulds, with dispatch covered against breakage in transit.
Why buyers choose the dome cap ladder
The dome is one of perfumery's oldest closure signatures — it reads as fragrance before a customer reads a single word of the label, and the wide brim gives the fingers a natural turning surface. Running it across two sizes lets a brand launch day and full-size formats on one design language, which is the cheapest way to make a small line look established.
Dimensions and standards
50 ml on the XB2001 mould: Ø37 mm x 96 mm glass body, 126 mm assembled with the cap. 100 ml on the XB2002 mould: Ø44 mm x 113 mm glass body, 144 mm assembled. Both sizes take the same 15 mm crimp neck and the same pump family — a high-output fine-mist unit at approximately 0.13 ml per stroke against the 0.07 ml of an ordinary sprayer. Final drawings and tolerances are confirmed per order at sampling.
Customization options
The dome cap is offered in three bright electroplated finishes — gold, silver and black — with the sprayer collar colour-matched per set. The flat front and back panels give silk-screen artwork a wide, clean landing zone; artwork size and position are confirmed on the drawing at sampling. Decoration starts from 1,000 sets.
Packing and transit protection
This item ships in the listing's cross-border configuration: a master carton with moulded pulp egg-grid divider cells, each bottle seated in its own cell — the packing shown in the gallery. The listing's dispatch policy covers breakage in transit, and stock orders dispatch within 48 hours. Carton counts are confirmed with the order.
MOQ, samples and lead time
Standard stock: 500 pcs. With your logo or a custom colour: 1,000 sets. With a custom mould: 30,000 sets. Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Typical lead time is 7-30 days depending on specification and quantity; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
Quality checks
Before dispatch we check spray performance and output per stroke, crimp seal quality on the 15 mm neck, leak risk, plating finish on the dome caps, and dimensions against the approved drawing; packed cartons are checked before dispatch. Check results are available with your order on request.
Buyer questions
Can we mix the two sizes in one order?
Yes — the 50 ml and 100 ml run as separate stock lines on the same design language, so they can be mixed within the stock MOQ.
Can we mix the three dome finishes?
Yes — all three electroplated finishes are in stock per size, so gold, silver and black can be split within the stock MOQ.
What happens if bottles break in transit?
Each bottle travels in its own pulp cell inside the master carton, and the listing's dispatch policy covers breakage in transit.
Is the pump the same across both sizes?
Both sizes share the same 15 mm crimp neck and pump family — the high-output fine-mist unit at approximately 0.13 ml per stroke.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs for stock, 1,000 sets with your logo or a custom colour, and 30,000 sets if a custom mould is required.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Decorated or custom samples are quoted against the specification.
Tell us your size split, quantity and dome finish and we will send samples of the three platings before you commit.
