What this bottle is
This is the leather-cap entry of the SEALAND platform: a clear glass perfume spray bottle supplied bare and ready for your filling line, in a square-shoulder rectangle with polished flat panels and a thick stepped glass base. The closure is the signature — a cylindrical cap fully wrapped in leather with visible stitching, seated over a polished silver sprayer collar.
Two sizes share the silhouette — 50 ml on the XB365 mould and 100 ml on the XB179 — and the leather wrap comes in black or brown, so the ladder runs as four stock combinations from two moulds, with dispatch covered against breakage in transit.
Why buyers choose a leather cap
Almost every cap on a fragrance shelf is metal, resin or glass — leather is the material customers do not expect, and it changes the register of the whole bottle: warmer in the hand, quieter on the shelf, and instantly at home in study, travel and heritage-masculine lines. The wrap is a genuine material layer, not a printed effect, so the grain and stitching read as craft at arm's length. On the filling line the square-shoulder body runs like any flat-panel rectangle.
Dimensions and standards
50 ml on the XB365 mould: 63 mm wide x 30 mm deep x 75 mm glass body, 99 mm assembled with the cap. 100 ml on the XB179 mould: 75 mm wide x 36 mm deep, 115 mm assembled. Both sizes take the same 15 mm crimp neck and the same pump family — a high-output fine-mist unit at approximately 0.13 ml per stroke against the 0.07 ml of an ordinary sprayer. Final drawings and tolerances are confirmed per order at sampling.
Customization options
The leather wrap is offered in black and brown as standard, both over the same silver sprayer collar. The flat front and back panels give silk-screen artwork a wide, clean landing zone; artwork size and position are confirmed on the drawing at sampling. Decoration starts from 1,000 sets.
Packing and transit protection
This item ships in the listing's five-ply corrugated master carton with divided cells, each bottle seated in its own cell — the packing shown in the gallery. The listing's dispatch policy covers breakage in transit, and stock orders dispatch within 48 hours. Carton counts are confirmed with the order.
MOQ, samples and lead time
Standard stock: 500 pcs. With your logo or a custom colour: 1,000 sets. With a custom mould: 30,000 sets. Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Typical lead time is 7-30 days depending on specification and quantity; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
Quality checks
Before dispatch we check spray performance and output per stroke, crimp seal quality on the 15 mm neck, leak risk, leather wrap fit and finish on the caps, and dimensions against the approved drawing; packed cartons are checked before dispatch. Check results are available with your order on request.
Buyer questions
How durable is the leather wrap?
The wrap is fitted as a finished layer over the cap body, and wrap fit and finish are part of the per-order checks — samples let you test it on your own line before committing.
Black and brown — can we split an order?
Yes — both leather finishes are in stock per size, so they can be split within the stock MOQ.
Can we mix the two sizes?
Yes — the 50 ml and 100 ml run as separate stock lines on the same silhouette, so the ladder can be mixed within the stock MOQ.
Where does the logo go?
On the flat front and back glass panels — a wide silk-screen landing zone. Artwork size and position are confirmed on the drawing at sampling.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs for stock, 1,000 sets with your logo or a custom colour, and 30,000 sets if a custom mould is required.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Decorated or custom samples are quoted against the specification.
Tell us your size split, quantity and leather colour and we will send samples of the black and brown caps before you commit.
