What this bottle is
This is the clear sphere entry of the SEALAND platform: a ball-shaped glass perfume spray bottle supplied bare and ready for your filling line, with a flattened stable base so the sphere sits still on shelf, and a tall slim electroplated cap over a fine-mist sprayer. It ships in four in-stock sizes — 30 ml, 50 ml, 75 ml and 100 ml — and all four share the same 15 mm crimp neck and the same pump family.
Four sizes on one sphere platform means you can build a full fragrance ladder — purse, day, night and gift-set sizes — without changing closure systems, and start from stock at 500 pieces before any mould commitment.
Why buyers choose a sphere
A sphere has no front or back: it reads as a jewel from every angle on the shelf and photographs cleanly for e-commerce, which is why ball flacons dominate gifting, bridal and feminine lines. Clear glass also puts the juice colour to work — the liquid itself becomes the decoration. On a filling line the shape runs like any round bottle, and the flattened base keeps it stable through conveying and capping.
Dimensions and standards
Four stock sizes on one platform: 30 ml at 79 mm high, 50 ml at 85 mm, 75 ml at Ø70 x 97 mm and 100 ml at Ø72 x 102 mm; the 30 and 50 ml widths are confirmed at sampling. Every size takes the same 15 mm crimp neck — the standard closure system for high-speed perfume lines — so changing size on the line does not change the pump. The stock pump is a high-output fine-mist unit at approximately 0.13 ml per stroke against the 0.07 ml of an ordinary sprayer. Final drawings and tolerances are confirmed per order at sampling.
Customization options
The caps come in three matched electroplated finishes — black, gold and silver, each with a colour-matched sprayer — so hardware follows the juice without a custom mould. On the curve, the sphere takes a compact circular silk-screen motif, and the cap top takes hot stamping; artwork size and position are confirmed on the drawing at sampling. Decoration starts from 1,000 sets.
Packing and transit protection
Standard export packing is a five-ply corrugated master carton with transit-protected divided packing; stock orders dispatch within 48 hours and the shipping policy covers breakage in transit. Carton counts are confirmed with the order.
MOQ, samples and lead time
Standard stock: 500 pcs. With your logo or a custom colour: 1,000 sets. With a custom mould: 30,000 sets. Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Typical lead time is 7-30 days depending on specification and quantity; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
Quality checks
Before dispatch we check spray pattern and output per stroke, crimp seal quality on the 15 mm neck, leak risk, plating finish on the caps, and dimensions against the approved drawing; packed cartons are checked before dispatch. Check results are available with your order on request.
Buyer questions
Does a sphere bottle roll off the shelf?
No — the sphere has a flattened stable base, which is how the stock bottles ship and display.
How do we print a logo on a curved body?
With a compact circular silk-screen motif on the sphere, or hot stamping on the cap top. Artwork size and position are confirmed on the drawing at sampling.
Will the electroplated cap finish hold up?
Plating finish is part of the per-order checks, and samples let you test the finish on your own line before committing.
Which sizes share the same pump?
All four — 30, 50, 75 and 100 ml share the same 15 mm crimp neck and pump family, so the ladder scales without changing closures.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs for stock, 1,000 sets with your logo or a custom colour, and 30,000 sets if a custom mould is required.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Decorated or custom samples are quoted against the specification.
Tell us your bottle size, quantity, market and design direction and we will help narrow down the plating and decoration combination — with samples before you commit.
