Where this series fits
This is the family page of the SEALAND square platform: one design language — square body, flat panels, squared shoulders, clear thick-walled glass, weighted bases and the same tall matte black cap — carried across 5, 10, 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml. A brand that launches on this platform gets a full size ladder from one tooling and decoration decision, not six separate projects.
The series exists to answer one brief: build a matching fragrance family. Full-size bottles, travel sizes, discovery minis and gift sets that are unmistakably the same collection on the shelf and in the box.
The size map
Each capacity plays a defined retail role: 10 ml and 15 ml are the travel formats for discovery programmes and retail travel; 30 ml is the small size for entry pricing and gifting; 50 ml is the main seller for most fragrance lines; 100 ml is the full-size statement for loyal repeat purchase; 5 ml serves miniature and sampling programmes. The same silhouette scales across every role, so the collection reads as one family at any distance.
Specification
Key values for the series: capacities 5, 10, 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml on one square platform; clear thick-walled glass with weighted bases throughout; flat front label panels on every size; tall matte black caps as standard. Neck finishes and exact outline dimensions are confirmed per size at sampling; reference proportions across the family are shown in the gallery.
Why one matching platform
A matching family keeps a brand coherent where it is easiest to lose coherence: the size ladder. When every capacity shares tooling, decoration and components, a line extension becomes a size change — the artwork carries over, the caps carry over, the filling-line decisions carry over, and the shelf reads as one deliberate collection.
Mixed-size sets assemble naturally from the platform: a 50 ml main with a 15 ml travel partner in one gift box, a 10 ml plus 50 ml pairing for discovery, or a full-family gift set — without mixing design languages from different suppliers.
Compatible components
The neck determines which sprayer, collar and cap seat correctly, and it is confirmed per size at sampling: crimp for high-speed filling lines, or screw per your filling line. The standard cap is the tall matte black shared across the family; alternative cap finishes are available per order, and pumps are sized per capacity so the spray feel stays consistent across the line.
Customization options
Customisation is applied once and carried across the family: logo printing, custom colour, frosting, silk screen, hot stamping, cap finishes and packaging. Series-level options include mixed-size set boxes with molded or EVA inserts, set sleeves and divided grid cartons sized per format.
Packaging
Export packing is configured per programme: individual boxes by size, mixed-size grid master cartons for set assembly, rigid set gift boxes and pallet-ready export packing. Carton and pallet specifications are confirmed with the order.
MOQ, samples and lead time
Standard stock: 500 pcs per format. With your logo or a custom colour: 1,000 sets. With a custom mould: 30,000 sets. Mixed-size family programmes are quoted per configuration. Samples of stock bottles are free of charge. Typical lead time is 7-30 days depending on specification and quantity; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
Quality checks
Closure fit, spray performance, leak-risk and decoration inspection are evaluated on the assembled pack. Dimensional checks run against the approved drawing for each size, base thickness is sampled, spray consistency is checked across capacities, and packed cartons undergo a transit check before dispatch. These checks are run per order and the results ship with the order.
Buyer questions
Can I order several sizes of the series together?
Yes — that is the point of the platform. Mixed-size family programmes are quoted per configuration, so tell us the size mix and volumes and we will come back with the combined terms.
Do all sizes share the same design?
Yes. One square silhouette, one cap system and one decoration language scale across 5 to 100 ml, so the collection reads as a single family on the shelf.
Which size should the main product be?
For most fragrance lines the 50 ml is the main seller, with 100 ml for loyal repeat purchase and 10 or 15 ml for travel and discovery. Your market mix decides the ladder.
Can we get matching gift boxes for size pairs?
Yes. Mixed-size set boxes with molded or EVA inserts are configured per order — a 50 ml with a 15 ml travel partner is a common pairing.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs per format for stock, 1,000 sets with your logo or a custom colour, and 30,000 sets if a custom mould is required. Mixed-size programmes are quoted per configuration.
What is the lead time?
Typically 7-30 days, depending on the specification and quantity. Exact timing is confirmed with the order.
Tell us your size ladder, quantities, market and design direction and we will map the family to your launch with samples.
